About me
Hello, I'm Jenny.
I became a therapist because I know how isolating it can feel to go through life without finding your people — without feeling truly understood. As a Jewish-Asian woman, I’ve navigated my own questions of identity and belonging, and I bring that lived experience into my work with clients.
My style is warm, approachable, and grounded — I want you to feel safe enough to be honest, even about the hard stuff.
Many of my clients are students or young professionals who’ve done all the “right” things but still feel unsatisfied or unsure. They’re ready to stop performing for everyone else and start making choices that actually fit who they are.
When we work together, you can expect a mix of meaningful conversation, practical tools, and — if it’s a good fit for you — EMDR to help you let go of old patterns on a deeper level.
Most of all, you can expect a therapist who’s fully present with you, who respects your goals, and who’s committed to helping you feel more like yourself than you ever have before.
